To keep enjoying your clothes for as long as possible and to keep them looking good, follow these instructions:

  • Wash inside out at 30°C
  • Do not tumble dry but dry on the backing
  • Do not iron on the print
  • Do not stretch the print
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not bleach

Do not use harsh detergents or fabric softeners, as they are harmful to the environment and can shorten the life of the garment and the print.


What is the delivery time for my order?

All orders are processed immediately and dispatched within 0-5 working days. Please note that parcel deliverers are busier than usual during the holidays and may delay the delivery of your parcel. Once your order has left our warehouse, this delay is unfortunately beyond our control. Keep a close eye on your tracking code from then on.

Can I track my order?

Your parcel will be sent by DHL or PostNL. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to track the shipment. Please allow for a longer delivery time during the holidays due to the busy schedules of parcel deliverers.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately, our system cannot modify orders once they have been placed. We would therefore like to stress that you should always check carefully that you have entered the correct personal details before finalising your order. Do you have any questions about this? My parcel has not yet been delivered. What should I do?

Your parcel may be delayed. We advise you to keep a close eye on the track & trace code. It will tell you the progress of your delivery. Some orders are delivered by letterbox, which may take longer as letterbox parcels are not delivered on Sundays and Mondays.


Has my payment been processed correctly?

Not sure whether your payment has been made correctly, after receiving an error message, for example?

Check your own bank statements to see whether the amount has been debited. Still in doubt? Contact us at samlaidlowmerch@gmail.com. They can check for you whether the payment was made correctly.

Are you sure that your payment has not been made? In this case, your order has not been placed. This means that you must place your order again and make a new payment.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your order by iDEAL, credit card, Bankcontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I haven't received a confirmation email?

Unfortunately, we can't prevent our e-mails sometimes ending up in the spam box. So always check first to see if the mail you are missing is there. If not, you can of course always contact us at samlaidlowmerch@gmail.com or use the contact form.


Can I return my order?

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please contact Customer Services at samlaidlowmerch@gmail.com.

Returns are only possible under the following conditions:
1. Returns can only be made within the stipulated 14-day returns period.

2. We will only accept returns in their original condition, including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.

3. Unidentifiable returns will be stored in our warehouse for a maximum of one month. The customer can report this to Customer Services. After this period, the parcel will be processed by our own administration and no correspondence will be possible.
